What makes GreenPan different from traditional nonstick pans?
GreenPan uses Thermolon, a healthy ceramic nonstick coating derived from sand. Unlike traditional coatings, it is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, and it won't release toxic fumes if accidentally overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and soapy water to preserve the nonstick properties and the beauty of the finish for as long as possible.
Can I use metal utensils on my ceramic coating?
To extend the life of your cookware, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils. While some of our advanced collections are metal utensil safe, avoiding sharp edges helps prevent minor surface scratches.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international home cooks in the near future.
Is GreenPan cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Most of our newer collections feature Magneto induction technology, which provides excellent searing and browning on all stovetops, including induction. Please check the 'Specifications' section on individual product pages for compatibility.
