Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all lids and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
